Founded by activists, legal and health experts in September 2014, MOSAIC provides specialized and comprehensive services for marginalized groups, research and advocate for policy reform, develop knowledge and capacities on SOGIESC (Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity/Expressions, and Sex Characteristics) issues, and engage the societies in the fight against human rights violations, especially against LGBTIQ+ rights violations.

Mission.png

In the fight against homo-hate and trans-hate, we aim to promote change in the way communities and states interact with LGBTIQ+ through creating accessible spaces to empower individuals, building collective efforts, and providing services supporting LGBTI and queer persons’ needs in a dignified manner.

Vision.png

We envision a society where gender and sexual identities are respected in mosaic communities in which individuality is valued and fully embraced in inclusionary collective spaces, without unequal gendered socialization, and without fear and persecution.

Approach.png

Mosaic's approach is gender-neutral. We provide services to all marginalized groups and for LGBTIQ+ communities. We work to bridge service gaps for male survivors of sexual violence and Trans* persons. The structure of MOSAIC reflects the inclusive integrated community in which we believe.
